Shipping policy
Order delivery time is divided into two parts:
Processing time: order verification, customization, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are typically sent to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of being placed and payment received.
Shipping time: refers to the time required for the goods to be transported from our warehouse to their destination. Standard secure shipping and insurance
in the US
takes 1 week (if your item is in stock). Standard secure shipping and insurance
in Australia, Canada, the UK, and Europe
takes 1-2 weeks (if your item is in stock). Standard secure shipping and insurance
in other countries
takes 2-4 weeks (if your item is in stock).
Insured shipping: If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will replace them free of charge, provided you provide sufficient proof.
Priority insured shipping: Your order will be processed with priority, and we will send your order to the manufacturer daily. Depending on the order volume, the estimated delivery time may be similar to or the same as the standard delivery time. Your item is insured.
**Due to our warehouses being located in different locations, some items may be shipped separately, so arrival times may vary.**
Tracking numbers typically take several days to a week to update and display correct tracking information.
Please note that delivery times may take longer than expected in some countries.
Depending on order volume, your package may take longer to arrive than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to ship all packages as quickly as possible. We understand that long wait times can be frustrating, but we will never sacrifice product quality to extend delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Changes:
If you need to change your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will be happy to make the changes for you. If your order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot make changes. Please make sure you have selected the correct size and color to avoid unnecessary trouble.
