- Standard return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a refund for the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Returns process (excluding Black Friday and other promotional events)
For all returns, please contact us to obtain a return label. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return in your email. We will inform you of the next steps after receiving your email.
- Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item, please send a picture of the damaged item along with your order number to [email address]. Please indicate "Damaged" in the email subject line. Please submit this information within 14 days of receiving your order.
